Inspire 2 Independence is a national provider of training services and solutions to those seeking access to employment, as well as offering a range of qualifications and skills across a spectrum of industry sectors.

Our mission is to inspire individuals to fulfil their potential through personal development and we have a proven track record in helping jobseekers, employers and employees to fully realise that potential and get positive, sustainable results.

i2i work extensively with the Department for Work and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus, the Learning Skills Council, Further Education Colleges, Blue Chip Companies and Small to Medium Enterprises throughout the UK.  Bespoke i2i training programmes are designed and delivered to up skill employees, as well as providing key skills and employment to the short and long term unemployed, Lone Parents and Ethnic Minority groups. 

Our team of qualified assessors provide on-site training to a large number of national companies, as well as over 250 small-to-medium enterprises. Services include; Train to Gain (NVQ's and Skills for Life qualifications), Leadership and Management courses, and a number of bespoke training solutions that target the training needs of a rapidly changing workforce.
